Inviting Members and Managing Permissions

Claritee makes it simple to invite new members, assign roles, and manage access across both individual rooms and your entire workspace.


Inviting Members to a Room

To invite new members directly to a project:

  1. Click Invite Members in the top right corner.

  2. Enter the member’s email address and click Continue.

  3. Choose the appropriate role for the new member.

  4. Click Invite to finalize.

You’ll see a green confirmation message at the bottom of the screen: Invite sent successfully.


Inviting Members to a Workspace

If you’d like to add members to your entire workspace (not just one room):

  1. Hover over the relevant workspace name at the top-left of the screen.

  2. Click the Invite Members icon that appears.

  3. Enter the member’s email address.

  4. Select their role and the rooms they’ll have access to.

This allows you to manage access across multiple rooms at once—perfect for agencies or larger teams with several projects.


Managing Members and Roles

From the same popup, click the Members icon in the top right corner to open the administrative view.

Here, you can:

  • See all members across your workspace, along with their roles and assigned rooms.

  • Filter by room or search by member name.

  • View pending invitations.

  • Resend an invitation (available after 4 hours) if the member hasn’t accepted yet.
